ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter was initiated by a citation issued by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) against the
Respondent, Lil Cricket Food Stores, Inc., (Lil Cricket), for a second violation of the beer and wine provisions of Title 61,
Chapter 4. Lil Cricket has now paid the fine for a second violation and the parties no longer require a hearing on this
matter.
Based on the foregoing, this matter is Dismissed With Prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
