The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On March 27, 2001, a letter was received from
Jeffrey M. Nelson, attorney for Petitioner, notifying the Court that the Department had received a check for the entire amount of the
fine sought in this matter, and requested that this matter be dismissed. There being no further controversy in this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
