ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. The Court was notified by letter dated November
21, 2000, from Respondent's Attorney, Kenneth E. Allen, that the referenced busineses in this matter has been sold and the beer and
wine permit has been surrendered to the Department of Revenue. By letter dated November 30, 2000, Carol I. McMahan, Attorney
for Petitioner, confirmed that the license at issue has been surrendered to the Department, and the licensee has sold the business and
no longer holds a beer and wine permit at this location. There being no further controversy in this matter,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
