FINAL ORDER AND DECISION

This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) for a contested case hearing pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §§ 61-2-20 and 61-2-260 (Supp. 2000), S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-600 (Supp. 2000) and 23 S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 7-9 (Supp. 2000). (1) A hearing was scheduled to be held before me on August 21, 2001, at the offices of the Division in Columbia, South Carolina. Prior to the hearing on the merits, the parties reached an agreement that was entered into the record. The Respondent agrees to pay a fine to the Department of Revenue in the amount of $800.00 for violating 23 S.C. Code Ann. Reg. 7-9 (B) (Supp. 2000) ("Permitting or Possession by Person Under Twenty-one Years of Age: Purchase or Possession of Beer or Wine.") within ten days from the date of this Order.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
