ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Court based on the South Carolina Department of Revenue's (Department) issuance of a citation and a Final
Determination to the Respondent for a violation of 23 S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 7-9(B) occurring on or about February 22, 2000. The
Respondent appealed the Department's Determination, seeking review of the violation charged and the penalty imposed.
It appears the parties have resolved this matter with the Respondent paying a penalty in the amount of Eight Hundred and 00/100
($800.00) Dollars to the Department. Accordingly, the Respondent has withdrawn its request for a contested case hearing. Therefore,
upon motion of the Department and with consent of the Respondent, it is hereby ordered that this case be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
