ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated April 19, 1999 and incorporated by reference herein, the protestants of record, notified the Department that they were withdrawing their protest.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Department of Revenue shall continue to process Petitioner's application for an on-premises beer and wine permit for 2433 College Street, Newberry, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
