ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to
S.C. Code Ann. § 61-4-520 (Supp. 1996) for the issuance of an on-premises beer and wine
permit to the above-referenced Petitioner, Kelvin A. Perry, d/b/a KJ's Bar-Grill. The
application was protested by Donald Porter. All parties were duly notified of the hearing
scheduled in this matter for December 4, 1997. The Protestor failed to appear at the
scheduled hearing, and his protest is deemed abandoned.
THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED that the Department of Revenue continue to
process the application, and the request for a contested case hearing is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
