ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner seeks a contested case hearing in this matter pursuant to the protest of
her application for an on-premise beer and wine permit. The Respondent made a Motion to
be Excused from appearing at the hearing or participating in this proceeding at the
administrative hearing level. Afterwards, the sole Protestant, Durham E. Carter, notified this
office in a letter that he no longer protests this application. Finding good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
