ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, petitioner Lorenzo H. Hough applied for a retail liquor
license (AI 112618). The application was protested and a hearing was scheduled for July 9, 1997
at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. However, by letter filed
July 8, 1997, petitioner informed this tribunal that he wishes to withdraw his application.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, 1997 at
10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
