ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, legal counsel for the protestants, William and Nancy
Rhett, has advised the Administrative Law Judge Division, by letter filed May 13, 1997, that the
protestants withdraw their protests. The protestants initially opposed the renewal of an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 108606) and a sale and consumption license (AI 108607) to
Lantz P. Price, d/b/a Plums. Upon withdrawal of these protests, there is no opposition to the
petitioner's renewal application, therefore, a hearing is no longer necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 1997
is hereby canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and that the Department of
Revenue continue to process the renewal application of Lantz P. Price, d/b/a Plums, for an on-premises beer and wine permit and a sale and consumption license.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
