ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter was stayed by Order of the Honorable Alison Renee Lee filed March 13,
1997. The stay was issued because there is a civil action pending in the Court of Common Pleas,
Williamsburg County (Docket No. 96-CP-45-27), to resolve ownership interests in the proposed
location for the liquor store.
As it serves no practical purpose preserving this matter on the Division's docket, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that once the civil action is resolved, this matter will be
reinstated to the Division's docket if Petitioner so moves.
