ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It
appears that Petitioner desires to withdraw his application for an off-premises beer and wine
permit, pursuant to his motion dated April 24, 1997. Now therefore, by motion of the Petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED that the case be and hereby is dismissed.
