ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears
that the Petitioner wishes to withdraw his application for an on-premises beer and wine permit,
pursuant to the motion in the attached letter from his attorney dated September 4, 1996. Now
therefore, by motion of Petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-captioned matter scheduled for September 18,
1996, in Columbia, South Carolina be canceled, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
