ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On January 8,
1997, a letter was received from James H. Harrison, Attorney for Petitioner, stating, "Our
referenced client has informed us that the Playhouse is no longer in operation and they do not
intend to reopen the business. We, therefore, are withdrawing the renewal application for this
location and are notifying the Department of Revenue of this action. In that regard, request is
hereby made for the cancellation of the scheduled hearing. "
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the
hearing which was scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 1997, at 11:00 a.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
