ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, petitioner Karla R. Delaine applied for an on-premises beer
and wine permit (AI 108834) and a sale and consumption license (AI 108835). The application
was protested and a hearing was scheduled for August 15, 1996 at the Administrative Law Judge
Division, Columbia, South Carolina. However, by letter dated August 14, 1996, which is
attached and incorporated by reference, petitioner informed this tribunal that she withdraws her
application and moves this tribunal for a dismissal of the above-captioned matter.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 1996
at 10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Order of Dismissal issued on August 14, 1996 is
withdrawn and this Order of Dismissal issued on August 21, 1996 is hereby substituted as the
final decision of this tribunal.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
