ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On November 17, 1999, the Administrative Law Judge Division ("ALJD") received a letter dated October 25, 1999, from
Kellerceal R. Brown, President/Administrator of Petitioner, Randolph's Residential Care Home, Inc., advising that Petitioner
is rescinding its appeal on the action of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control ("DHEC") to
revoke Petitioner's license. On November 22, 1999, the ALJD received a letter dated November 19, 1999, from Nancy S.
Layman, Attorney for Respondent, enclosing a letter from Jerry L. Paul, Director of the Health Licensing Section at DHEC,
dated November 18, 1999, addressed to the undersigned, advising that DHEC is ceasing its action to revoke the license of
Randolph's Residential Care Home, Inc. Mr. Paul also states in his letter that Petitioner was notified by letter dated October
21, 1999 of DHEC's decision in this matter. The four (4) above-mentioned letters are incorporated herein by reference.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 99-ALJ-07-0520-CC is hereby
dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
