ORDERS:
ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
Because of Respondent's failure to file a prehearing statement and respond to other
communications from this tribunal, the above-referenced matter was dismissed by Order filed on
December 1, 1998. However, by letter dated December 3, 1998, Andrea Magwood,
Licensee/Administrator of Genesis Community Care Home #1, advised this tribunal that health
problems prevented her from responding to this tribunal's Order. Therefore, Respondent requested
that this tribunal consider reinstating this case to its docket.
In response, this tribunal wrote Ms. Magwood a letter which indicted that if she filed a
Prehearing Statement on or before December 28, 1998, this tribunal would reinstate the case to its
docket. Respondent filed a Prehearing Statement by United States mail on December 28, 1998.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is hereby reinstated to the docket of this
tribunal.
IT IS FURTHER NOTED that this matter will be scheduled and heard as expeditiously as
possible.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
