tribunal that the parties have reached a settlement of this case and that Respondent accordingly wishes to withdraw its
request for a contested case hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing of this matter scheduled for Friday, February 7, 2003, is CANCELED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
