ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter is currently pending before the
Administrative Law Judge Division and is
scheduled to be heard on November 25, 1996. On November 12,
1996, the undersigned received a letter from
Petitioner's attorney informing the Court that Petitioner wishes
to withdraw their appeal of this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for
November 25, 1996 is canceled, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing
Docket Number
96-ALJ-07-0384-CC be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
