ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On April 11, 2002, the parties to the above-captioned case filed a Consent Order and Agreement with this tribunal. The
Consent Order and Agreement is signed by both parties and fully resolves the issues in dispute in this matter. The terms of
this Consent Order and Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into this Order. Therefore, as there are no
justiciable issues remaining in controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice pursuant to the terms of the Consent Order and
Agreement signed by the parties.
