ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
This matter was dismissed by my Order of Dismissal on January 5, 2001, for the Petitioners' failure to timely file a
Prehearing Statement as required by my Order for Prehearing Statements dated October 2, 2000.
On January 23, 2001, the Petitioner filed a Prehearing Statement with the additional language "Mrs. Matthew [sic] will
please reconsider your letter of dismiss."
After careful consideration of the file in this matter, I see no reason to reinstate this case to the active docket. There is no
indication that the Petitioner timely filed her Prehearing Statement. For good cause, it is therefore
ORDERED that the Petitioners' Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
