ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me for a contested case hearing upon the petition of Nursepro Home
Care, Inc. In a letter from M. Elizabeth Crum, Attorney for Petitioner, dated Novemer 26, 1997,
Petitioner notified this Division of its desire to withdraw the petition. The letter is attached hereto
and incorporated as Exhibit A. By withdrawing its petition challenging the decision of the
Department of Health and Environmental Control to issue a Certificate of Need to Loris Conway
Health Care Services, there appears to be no further controversy for consideraton.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case matter is hereby
DISMISSED.
