ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Court on motion of McLeod Regional Medical Center to dismiss
the above-captioned contested case proceeding. It appearing to the Court that the parties have
resolved all issues raised in the proceeding, and that the parties, through their undersigned
counsel, consent to the dismissal of this contested case.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this contested case is
dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
