ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner notified this Division by letter dated September 22, 2003, that he desired to
withdraw his request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s denial of a septic tank
permit for lot 26 of Horseshoe Bend Subdivision.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that my previous order for Prehearing Statements is hereby
rescinded due to the dismissal of the matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
