ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter is before me upon motion and consent of all parties for entry of a consent order. This contested case is an appeal
of the denial of a dock permit, application # OCRM-99-249-E. Petitioner Edgar A. Buck sought approval from Respondent
OCRM for a four pile cradle lift with an access boardwalk to be added to an existing permitted dock structure located on
Elliotts Cut at 16 Country Club Drive in Charleston County, South Carolina.
Upon review of the site, and earlier permits issued for docks in this area, OCRM has concluded that Petitioner is entitled to
issuance of a dock permit. Both parties agree that the dock will be constructed to the specifications provided in the original
submittal to OCRM, except that Petitioner agrees that no further requests to expand this dock shall be made, and no further
expansions of this dock shall be considered by OCRM. Petitioner further agrees that this agreement shall be binding on his
heirs and assigns.
It is, therefore, ORDERED, that OCRM-99-249-E is issued with the special condition that no further requests to expand this
dock shall be made, no further expansions shall be considered by OCRM and this agreement shall be binding on his heirs and
assigns.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
