ORDER
In this matter, Petitioner requested a contested case hearing to challenge the denial of a permit by the S. C. Department
of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), through its Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management
(OCRM), for the construction of a private dock at the Bayview Farms Subdivision, Charleston County, South Carolina.
The Petitioner Bernard Caraviello, by and through attorney Gedney M. Howe, III, and the Respondent DHEC/OCRM,
by and through attorney Mary D. Shahid, submitted a Consent Order to this tribunal that resolves all issues in this case.
The Consent Order is hereby incorporated by reference.
Therefore, based on the consent of both parties as evidenced by the signatures on the Consent Order, this case is
HEREBY DISMISSED.
