ORDER
This matter was remanded to the Administrative Law Judge Division by the Order of the Coastal Zone Management Appellate Panel
dated August 23, 2000. The Appellate Panel's Order has since been appealed to the Circuit Court. (1) Under Administrative Law
Judge Division Rule 31(A) and South Carolina Appellate Court Rule 205, this tribunal is divested of jurisdiction by this appeal.
AJLD Rule 31(A) provides: "[t]he decision of the administrative law judge may be appealed as provided by law." SCACR 205
provides: "[u]pon the service of the notice of appeal, the appellate court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the appeal. . . ."
THEREFORE, this case is hereby removed from the active docket of the Administrative Law Judge Division.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
