ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Division on appeal by Petitioner White seeking review of a dock permit proposed by the Office
of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, Department of Health and Environmental Control. By order of the Division,
William and Betty Royall were admitted as Petitioners-Intervenors.
It appearing to the Division that the parties have reached an agreement whereby Mr. White will be issued a permit for a dock
configured as shown in the attached sketches, which are incorporated into this order, and that no further proceedings are
required, it is hereby ordered that OCRM shall issue the permit incorporating the agreed-upon conditions and that the
petition should be, and hereby is, dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
