The above entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On July
24, 1998, a letter was received from Isabella S. White, stating, ". . .this letter comes to inform the
court that the parties listed above wish to withdraw their letters of appeal, dated June 23, 1998, in
the matter of the above referenced, involving SCDHEC, BOCRM and Homestake Realty Company
of Anderson".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
