ORDERS:
ORDER of DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Ellison D. Smith, IV, attorney for David and
Brenda Waldron, Petitioners in the above-captioned matter. Mr. Smith states in his Request
for Order of Dismissal, dated May 29, 1998, that the Petitioners have learned, pursuant to their
appeal of Respondent OCRM's denial of a permit application, that the lot was not eligible for
a dock pursuant to the approved Dock Master Plan and that they now request that the court
issue an Order dismissing their appeal. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above case be dismissed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
