ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Court pursuant to a Petition for Review filed by Jane C. Martin,
seeking review of permit number OCRM-97-177-G issued to Lee A. Norvell on June 9, 1997.
Petitioner is an adjacent property owner to Mr. Norvell. No motions to intervene were filed. Prior
to a hearing date being set, the parties notified the Court that an agreement had been reached to
dismiss this action. The agreement realigns the dock further away from Petitioner and closer to
Harold P. Wolf, the other adjacent property owner. Mr. Wolf was contacted by Respondent OCRM,
notified of the proposed settlement and did not object.
This Consent Order has been provided to the Court by the parties and represents their
agreement that:
1. Permit number OCRM-97-177-G is amended to reflect the alignment as shown in the
attached drawing which is incorporated herein as Attachment A. All other permit conditions remain
unchanged.
2. Petitioner agrees to dismiss her appeal of permit number OCRM-97-177-G as
amended.
THEREFORE, with consent of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that Docket Number 97-ALJ-07-0384-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
