ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
It having been made to appear that the above-entitled action has been settled between
the parties by way of compromise.
Whereby respondents agree to amend permit number OCRM-96-906 so that the
permitted structure is twenty feet (20) further from the common property line between the
Pophams and Dr. Charles Keith.
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of the undersigned counsel for Respondent DHEC-OCRM, and with the consent of the parties,
IT IS SO ORDERED, that the above-entitIed action be, and it hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
