ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
It having been made to appear that the above-entitled action has been settled between the
Petitioner and Respondent, by way of compromise.
Whereby respondent agrees to amend permit number 96-1D-019-P to allow for a 50' long
timber bulkhead provided the bulkhead is constructed a maximum of 8' in front of the existing
bulkhead.
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of the undersigned counsel for the Respondent, by and
with the consent of the undersigned Petitioner,
IT IS SO ORDERED, that the above-entitled action be, and it hereby is dismissed,
discontinued, and forever ended with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
