ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division (“Division”) pursuant to the
request of the South Carolina Department of Insurance (“Department”) for a hearing on proposed
regulation 69-46 (Medicare Supplement Insurance). A hearing was scheduled for September 25,
2003. However, because the Department determined that no hearing was needed pursuant to S.C.
Code Ann. § 1-23-110 (Supp. 2002), the Department has withdrawn its request for a public hearing
regarding the matter. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 25, 2003 is cancelled
and this matter is dismissed;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
