ORDERS:
ORDER of DISMISSAL
The Petitioner herein appealed the decision of the Respondent OCRM to deny P/N
#OCRM-95-240-H. The parties have reached the following agreement:
1. Permission is given by OCRM to replace the 8 x 22 foot bar located on the pierhead by a 12 x
22 foot bar as described in the permit application.
2. The Petitioner hereby agrees to withdraw the request for the roof expansion.
Based upon the foregoing agreement,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the appeal is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
