ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to the Petitioner's
protest of Harriet Johnson's request for construction of a dock. Since receiving the South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Office of Ocean and Coastal
Resource Management ("Department") transmittal concerning the request, Alan D. Toporek,
attorney for the Petitioners, informed our office in a letter that the Petitioners have withdrawn
their Protest contesting the Application for the dock permit filed by Harriott Johnson. John
Kassebaum, attorney for the Department, agrees to the dismissal.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
