ORDERS:
ORDER
A Stipulation of Dismissal of the above matter was filed with this Court on May 11, 1995. It
appears that the parties have stipulated to dismissal with prejudice of this matter in order to
consolidate all issues into a case now pending in the Court of Common Pleas for Horry County
captioned Sea Mist Associates, Inc. vs. City of Myrtle Beach, Civil Action No: 95-CP-26-932.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned matter bearing Docket Number
95-ALJ-07-0124-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
