ORDERS:
ORDER OF ABEYANCE
On August 15, 2001, a letter was received from Frederick M. Corley, Attorney for Petitioner, requesting an
extension of time delaying further proceedings for 120 days in order to involve Petitioner's title insurance
carrier both in the appeal and in negotiations with the Crystal Beach Dock Association, whose approval of the
dock construction is required by one of the special conditions under appeal. Mr. Corley further states "these
negotiations may obviate the need to go forward with this appeal". Mary Shahid, Attorney for Respondent,
OCRM, and counsel for Crystal Beach Dock Association have no objection to the extension.
The interest of judicial economy requires that this case be held in abeyance.
Accordingly, no hearing will be held in this case until further order.
On January 14, 2002, the parties shall notify the Administrative Law Judge Division of the status of this case,
and a decision will be made on whether this case shall be set for hearing or otherwise in another manner
consistent with the ends of justice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
