ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to an Agency Transmittal
Form filed April 6, 2001. Petitioner filed a request for a contested case hearing regarding the Department's
conditional issuance of a permit to Richard Holgate to repair an existing bulkhead, make additions to an
existing private dock, and add a boatlift on the Intracoastal Waterway at 10 Tabby Lane, Isle of Palms,
Charleston County, South Carolina. By letter dated July 31, 2001, Petitioner indicates he wishes to withdraw
his request for a hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
