The Petitioner notified this Division by letter dated January 25, 2002, that it desired to withdraw its request for a contested
case hearing in the referenced matter.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that my previous order setting this case for a hearing is hereby rescinded due to the
dismissal of the matter.
