ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation(s) is set for 9:30 a.m. on September 9, 2003. The
Court was advised by letter dated August 27, 2003, from Susan Duncan, Legislative Coordinator for
the Department, that the South Carolina Occupational Health and Safety Review Board did not
receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulations in the above matter and that the
hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 9, 2003, at 9:30
a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 03-ALJ-11-0268-RH is hereby dismissed.
