ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a protest made
of David S. Sullivan's beer and wine permit application. A hearing was held into this matter on
December 18, 1996, at the Administrative Law Judge Division. Since the date of that hearing, the
Petitioner has informed this Division in a letter dated March 12, 1996, that he know longer is seeking
a beer and wine permit for his location.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
