ORDER

This matter is before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-310, et seq. (Supp. 1995) for a hearing pursuant to the application of Thelma Altman, d/b/a Charlie's Grill and Game Room. The applicant seeks an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 105399) for a location in Georgetown County, South Carolina.

The sole protestant of record, Robert Bissett, by and through his attorney has withdrawn his protest pursuant to the attached letter dated January 17, 1996. Therefore, there is no opposition of record to Petitioner's application. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and the hearing scheduled for February 6, 1996, is cancelled, and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department of Revenue and Taxation continue to process the application of Thelma Altman, d/b/a Charlie's Grill and Game Room for an on-premises beer and wine permit in Georgetown County, South Carolina.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
