ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A hearing in the above case is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 1996. Pursuant
to a letter received by this office dated January 10, 1996 from Charles W. Whiten, Jr., Esquire,
attorney for the Petitioner, the premises subject to the hearing has been seized by the U. S.
Marshal. Therefore, since the case is moot, the Petitioner moves that the case be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
