ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a
protest made of Barbara A. Lawhorn's application of a beer and wine permit.
As the South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation ("Department) no
longer protests the issuance of a retail beer and wine permit to Ms. Lawhorn, the Department
is requesting that the hearing scheduled for September 26, 1995, be canceled.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
