ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It
appears that the petitioner, James Pate, wishes to withdraw his application and request for a
hearing, pursuant to the attached letter dated November 18, 1994. Now therefore, by motion of
