The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on March 13, 2000. On
February 6, 2003, James S. Chandler, Jr., attorney for the Petitioners, filed a letter with the Division in which he set forth
that he was withdrawing this contested case as all parties have reached a settlement in this case and all companion cases.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
