ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to an Agency Transmittal filed April
3, 2001. Petitioner requested an expedited contested case hearing to appeal the denial of a temporary
on-premise beer and wine permit and temporary sale and consumption (minibottle) permit. A hearing was
held on Tuesday, April 24, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. After testimony began, Petitioner withdrew the request for the
contested case hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
