ORDERS:
AMENDED FINAL ORDER AND DECISION
The Final Order and Decision in this matter was issued by this office on May 2, 2001. Afterwards, this office was notified by David Belding, attorney for the
Protestants, of a scrivener's error in that Order. On page 6, under paragraph 3 of the restrictions, the Order set forth: "After 10:00 a.m., any noise that is noticeably
audible within any local residence with closed doors and windows shall be considered excessive." That sentence should read: "After 10:00 p.m., any noise that is
noticeably audible within any local residence with closed doors and windows shall be considered excessive." Pursuant to Rule 51 of the Rules of Procedure of the
Administrative Law Judge Division, this Amended Final Order and Decision corrects that error. See also Goethe v. Cleland, 323 S.C. 50, 448 S.E.2d 574 (S.C.
App. 1994).
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
