ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to Petitioner's request for a contested case
hearing. The Department filed a Motion for Remand on September 12, 2000, providing "the Department hereby respectfully requests
that this matter be remanded to the Department so that the Department may issue both on premises Beer and Wine and Business
(Restaurant) minibottle permits to the Petitioner."
Since the Department intends to issue to Petitioner the permits requested, this action is now moot.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
